Where orders live

Open Seller Dashboard → Orders to see buyer details, items, payment status, and shipping status.

Fulfillment steps

1. Get a notification when a new order arrives.
2. Mark Processing while you prepare the order.
3. Mark Shipped and add tracking when it leaves.

Digital orders

Digital products fulfill automatically — buyers get download access after payment.

Issues

Handle return or dispute requests from the order detail page. Order protection helps both parties.
