When a customer buys your product or pays your invoice, funds are processed by licensed payment partners and credited to your Eomly balance. From there you can withdraw to your bank account or mobile money wallet via partner payout rails. Payout timing depends on your withdrawal method and country.

Yes. The Eomly Marketplace supports both physical and digital products. You can list items with images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory. Digital products are delivered automatically after purchase, and physical products integrate with our shipping tracking system.

Eomly Send is our crowdfunding product — live today. Users in supported African countries can create fundraising campaigns and accept donations from anywhere in the world. Donations are processed by licensed payment partners; Eomly provides the campaign software and settlement workflow. Cross-border remittance, airtime, bill payments, and request money are coming soon.

Start with your Eomly Storefront — add products in your dashboard and share your store or checkout links in WhatsApp, Instagram, and other DMs. Customers buy through secure Eomly checkout without downloading an app. Deep WhatsApp catalog sync and guided automated flows are in private beta; active storefront sellers can join the waitlist from Dashboard → WhatsApp Store.

No. Your storefront has no monthly fee required to sell. Marketplace sales take about 5% on physical products and 4% on digital; online bookings and crowdfunding take 5%; invoices take 1.5%. Yes — sellers worldwide use Eomly when they want a free hosted storefront for the US, UK, EU, Africa, and beyond, plus marketplace discovery, bookings, invoices, wallets, and crowdfunding without a mandatory monthly subscription. Optional Growth and Pro plans add AI tools; they are not required to keep your store open. Eomly Send crowdfunding is especially strong for Africa and diaspora donors.

During beta, withdrawals are processed manually and usually complete within 2–7 business days, depending on method and destination. You'll get a notification when your payout is sent.
