“I kept running into the same problem.
Businesses were already selling — real products, real services — but the tools didn't match how they actually worked.
Everything felt disconnected. Payments didn't move easily across borders. There was no simple way to manage orders, track what was happening, or turn conversations into something structured and reliable.
And as a buyer, it was just as frustrating.
I'd be looking for something specific — an outfit, a product — and I had no clear way to find it. I'd search, see a few names, maybe find an Instagram page, but no real storefront. No way to know what was available. Sometimes I'd spend hours just trying to figure out where to go — and still not find what I needed.
That gap stuck with me.
