By accessing or using Eomly ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including individuals, businesses, merchants, and developers who access or use any part of Eomly's services.

Eomly provides a commerce and financial operating system that includes payment processing, marketplace functionality, cross-border money transfers, and related services. You may use the Platform for lawful business and personal purposes in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Business accounts must be created by authorized representatives of the business.

As a user of Eomly, you agree to: • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and verification • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others • Complete identity and business verification as required • Use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws • Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately • Not attempt to circumvent security measures or platform controls

You may not use Eomly for: • Any illegal or fraudulent activity • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion • Selling prohibited or restricted goods or services • Harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior toward other users • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems • Manipulating reviews, ratings, or marketplace mechanics • Using the Platform to distribute malware or conduct cyberattacks • Any activity that violates the rights of others

Eomly charges fees for certain services, including payment processing, marketplace transactions, currency conversions, and money transfers. All applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm any transaction. Fees may vary by region, payment method, and transaction type. Eomly reserves the right to update fees with prior notice to users.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform belong to Eomly or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Eomly's intellectual property without prior written consent. Content you upload to the Platform (such as product listings and images) remains yours, but you grant Eomly a license to display and distribute it as needed to operate the service.

Eomly provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eomly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Eomly's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to Eomly in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Eomly reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or pose a risk to the platform or its users. If your account is terminated, you may still be entitled to withdraw any legitimate funds remaining in your account, subject to applicable verification and compliance checks.

If you have a dispute with another user or with Eomly, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve it informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws, unless otherwise required by your jurisdiction.

Eomly may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
