Connect Zoom for Bookings

What it does

When Zoom is connected, Eomly can create a unique Zoom meeting for confirmed online or hybrid bookings.

Connect Zoom

1. Open Marketplace → Bookings → Booking Settings.
2. Under Integrations, select Video Conferencing.
3. Choose Zoom → Connect and approve Zoom permissions.
4. Confirm Zoom shows as connected (you can also connect per staff member).

How meetings are created

On confirmation, Eomly schedules a Zoom meeting using the service name, start time, and duration. The join link is saved on the booking and included in confirmation/reminder emails.

Disconnect

1. Booking Settings → Video Conferencing → change to Meet, custom link, or another option.
2. Optionally revoke Eomly in Zoom → Connected Apps.

Existing shared links stay valid unless you cancel those meetings in Zoom.
